10 Tips for better sleep while you are on holidays! Travel& Sleepy Habits

Do you love travelling, see new places, meeting new people but you have insomia or sleeping troubles once you get to a new destination. Some advice can help you to solve that small fear.

  1. Adjust your sleeping habits to the new time zone before you reach you reach to your destination. Preferable several days before your trip
  2. Reset your watch for the new time zone once you completed boarding.
  3. On the plane, if is not your  new schedule time to sleep , then don’t sleep
  4. If you feel tired after your travel, we recommend to take a nap no more than 2 hours maximum
  5. Add to your diet the hormone melatonin. Can help you in resetting your body’s internal clock
  6. Morning exercise is a good idea will make you more active all day
  7. Avoid to drink alcohol, caffeine , smoking
  8. Keep yourself busy while you are on holidays
  9. Take your pillow with you if that makes you felt asleep easier
  10. Ask for the right equipment from the hotel or your accomodation
